Equipment: 2 Dometic Air Conditioning units (only works at the dock), Spectra 5000 Water Maker, Garmin 720s Gps Chartplotter with chips for the Caribbean and Central America, 3 raymarine multi displays, autopilot, there is a raymarine chartplotter as well, but a button is stuck and causes it to scroll, so we use the Garmin instead. There is lots of extra lines, 8 fenders, 12 foot caribe dinghy with a Yamaha 15hp outboard, Air X wind generator, 2 200w solar panels and 2 controllers, 6 standard life jackets, 2 manual pull inflatable jackets, and 2 mouth blowup vests, a canister type life raft and ditch kit, lots of flares (some expired), we installed extra batteries brand new this year, 3 boat hooks, extra anchor chain, bow anchor Lewmar it's heavy duty, not sure of the size but it's big and has held us fine in 40 knot winds behind a reef in open waters (I have been impressed by this anchor) w/ 200 feet of chain, Quick windlass and remote controller, Manual and 12V inflator pumps, Tons of stainless screws, bolts, extra tinned wire on rolls, lots of spare parts, solvents, glue, epoxy, spare gas can, extra water jugs, curtis flatpanel tv w/ dvd player, mast mounted tv antenna 2 inverters 300w and 1800w Xantrex, 4 12v cabin fans, 3 bathrooms with electric flush heads and showers, 3 cabins generous sized, volvo sail drive 50hp, Magma Catalina propane grill, 2 propane tanks, 2 fishing poles, reels, and net, wood flag pole and holder, charts, cruising guide Virgin Islands, shore power charge controller, 2 dive tanks and dive gear, binoculars, 6 seat cushions, coffee grinder, blender, lots of sheets and towels, pioneer stereo system that sounds amazing, extra fire extinguishers, raymarine vhf and handheld vhf, 4 winch handles, 4 Harken winches 2 speed, extra sunscreen, lotions, shampoos, and soaps, lots more, this is just all off the top of my head, it's turnkey, it has everything you need to start sailing. We have recently done alot of maintenance and cleaning, it's in excellent shape and ready for you to go sailing! More upgrades planned for this year: Aluminum arch with davits to haul out the dinghy easier and 4 360w solar panels, new bimini, adding a new victor frigo pull out drawer fridge/freezer, new main sail & genoa, replacing the volvo starter and engine monitor system, new standing and running rigging, & contemplating a small microwave. |
