NEW: all new thru-hulls, all new seacocks, Perkins Diesel Reconditioned (disassembled to the block and acid washed with new heat exchanger and alternator), new deck drain plumbing, new aft head with plumbing, new electric macerator head fwd (requires final plumbing), new 40 amp charger, Garmin 700 Chart Plotter, all new standing rig, all new chain plates, two new roller furling systems jib and main, Crystal Quest 3-filtration system. New VHF, steaming light, tri-color anchor combination light and spreader lights. New electrical wiring for engine, multi-switch, ignition, and charging professionally installed by high-end boat yard with all receipts. Mast painted. Bottom was taken down to bare glass, checked for moisture and found to be dry and solid, then coated with 2 layers of epoxy resin, 2 coats of epoxy barrier coat, then anti foul.

Needs: Cosmetic work on cabin sole and countertops, refrigeration, some plumbing for galley sinks, plumbing for fwd head and shower. Port lights need to be re-bedded. This boat needs cosmetic work but is a solid foundation.
