Up for sale is the Guilty Pleasure, a very bright yellow and blue ocean worthy sloop rigged sailboat.
Other than some minor cosmetic work in the cabin, she has been refurbished over the last 4 years and is ready to sail off on adventures. Last year I put a custom built anchor platform on the bow and rigged her for dual anchors (currently both are Fortress brand). The mast has been completely rewired, windex installed and new mast anchor light. All bulbs on/in the boat are LED. There is a 3 battery house bank and a separate starter battery. The shore power and breaker panel new last year. There is an automatic master switch installed so that when shore power is unplugged, there is a 30 second delay and the ac pulls from the 2000 watt inverter. There are multiple charging ports throughout the boat.
A stern mounted propane tank provides fuel for the Magma kettle grill, the Dometic 2 burner stovetop, and an on-demand hot water heater. The tank is equipped with a safety valve that remains closed until a switch in the cabin is flipped on. The water system has 1 built in tank that holds 26 gallons and a bladder that holds 19 gallons. There is also a filter system installed and the ability to run directly from shore water if desired.
Hatches have been completely rebuilt. The companionway doors also lift off as needed. Sails are in very good shape and are protected with a new sacrificial on the roller furling genoa and a stack pack with lazy jack system for the main. The binnacle has been powder coated and new steering and throttle/shift cables installed in the last 18 months.
Solar is two 100 watt panels on a stainless arch and a photo-cell switch operates an anchor light incorporated into the arch when desired. There are dual bilge pumps, a shower sump pump and a separate shower valve in the head with a long hose that can be run out of the port light so that outside showers are an option.
