Large water and fuel tanks located in bilges with a cutaway fore foot and protected rudder. New refrigeration and Air conditioning, opening ports, sails, Mack stay pac with new full battened main. anchor winch and engine in tip top shape (yanmar turbo diesel) Beautiful interior with two heads one in private aft cabin. Many extras including AB inflatable with 2 stroke Yamaha 15 hp engine. Recent new epoxy barrier coat and bottom job.Custom Seadeck non skid (no high maintenance teak deck) Can be sailed easily using roller furling jibs or any combination of sails depending on conditions. Sails like a dream on Ocean crossings or in our local river.
