30'3"' Pearson 303

Asking $15,000. Negotiable. This vessel is a 1983 Pearson 303, hull #65. Coastal Cruiser. USCG Documented. I'm finishing up the renovation on "Maluhia" after 2 1/2/ years. There are a few options left the new owner may want to provide input upon.

I have added davits, replaced the Yanmar 2gmf with an identical Yanmar with far less hours. Two of the engine mounts were replaced with new. Also replaced the cutless bearing with new approximately two months ago. Had two coats of bottom paint applied six months ago. all of the above work was performed professionally by Anthony at Marine Propulsion on Wadmalaw Island in the Charleston, S.C. area. They have my permission to share the invoice, dates and materials of the work performed by them in their yard. Feel free to ask them any questions. I added a small cherrywood navigation desk at the foot of the rear quarter berth. Later Pearson builds added this feature. I like mine more!
Standing rigging is in good shape. A new spinnaker with pole on deck - spinnaker in sail bag. Crisp Genoa on roller furling. Good mainsail
I'm feeling her as I'm ready to get back to bluewater sailing and have lined up the purchase on the vessel. I've priced her at $15,000 as I don't want to end up with two vessels and two slip fees. I'll negotiate a little on that price.

She's a comfortable coastal cruiser. Her hull is properly cleaned once a month. She's currently berthed at Sunset Cay, 9th Avenue, Folly Beach, S.C. (Charleston, S.C. area). BTW she has working spreader lights. All nav lights are working including steamer light and anchor light. I'm ready to haggle over price on the phone or meet you at the boat.
