40 ft wide and comfortable sailboat for sale !

All my efforts and investement for around 2 years put in this project to myself, but things and life plans change and I need to leave the sea for an inland new project, so now I need to sell this beautiful and safe blue water all reffited boat.

Project 95% finished, only a few details for do, like connect sensors with displays, check autopilot and another electronics, connect the new refrigerator compressor, connect propane tanks to stove, and things like that.
Most of things were changed and replaced for new ones.
Only keep the electronics and things cant be changed.

Its a ketch, but it can be transform in a sloop easily if you like, only unisntall the mizzen sail and boom and you will have a sloop, plenty of space at deck pope and forget about mizzen. Boat will loose 1or 2 knots in speed, but, Do you want to cruise and enjoy sail or do you are a racer running regatas ??? Engine 50 hp diesel with less 1,000 working hours, serviced last year.

You can finish and complete this project with less 5,000 usd and begin to sail.

Double railings around all boat installed for safety and confort, new tides marine track for the main sail,
new Nemo roller furler for the Genoa sail,
New Rigging, new bilges pumps, new water tanks and pumps, new batteries ( engine and service ), new solar controller charger, new 470 watts solar panel, 110/220 charger, new water hoses and drain hoses, new trhu-hulls and seacocks, main connections rewired, new top of the mast lights, new tridata sensor, all new cushions and all
re-upholstering, new bimini, sails like new ( main, genoa, spinnaker, mizzen ), new vhf and antenna, new hull paint, new petite protect under water line, new antifouling ( ready to apply before go to water, aplication and product paied ).
