37' Beneteau First 36.7

Spacious three cabin layout with two equal larger than full rear berths, Double V-Berth,
Two Single berths, full featured salon, galley and nav. station.
The forward cabin has a double triangular berth with a Lewmar opening hatch. Cabin includes
shelving, hanging locker and under-berth stowage with an adjoining Jabsco head.
The aft cabins have double triangular berths, hanging lockers, under-berth stowage and Lewmar
opening ports.
The salon has leatherette settees to port & starboard with plenty of storage and a fold down and
removable table with a nav. station to starboard
The galley features a stainless-steel double sink with mixer tap with hot and cold pressurized water
and saltwater foot pump or pump for Refrigerator with under sink stowage. She has a gimballed.
2 burner stove/oven combo
(exterior propane locker), and a 12V refrigeration unit with an array of storage cabinets and
overhead opening port.

Her engine was fully serviced in 2022, and she has everything you need to get into the local
Racing scene, long weekends away with family and friends or coastal cruising.
Made in France and sailed by previous owner to Mexico. We bought in Puerto Vallarta in 2018
And started the conversion from 220v to 110v, added hot water heater, added holding tank, and
upgraded all the electronics and other systems. We also painted the Blue hull White.

Propspeed for propeller and Propspeed-Foulfree for Transducer
