Good condition suit of heavy cruising sails with fully battened main and mizzen on a Tides track system.
Working windlass, heavy danforth-style anchor and CQR.
Excellent working auto pilot with boxed spare pump aboard.
Good condition 3-burner, Force 10 stove, good condition large rail hung stainless grill. 12v/120v Engel fridge.

Extra fresh water tanks gives approx 250 gallons in four tanks.

Original Perkins 4:154 62hp engine in good working condition. Rebuilt approx 15 years ago. New transmission and shaft 2013.
10 x 6v deep cycle house battery bank for 12v system, new May 2023.
Three large deck hatches replaced with new in 2017.
This boat has strong bones but is in need of some work and updating electronics etc.
Modified full keel draws 5'6" and with 57' main mast overhead clearance, gives safe options for ICW passage as well as Bahamas cruising.
This is a great liveaboard with a lot of living and storage space as well as ample headroom below decks. Not the fastest, but incredibly seaworthy liveaboard. Hauled annually for bottom paint, zincs etc. On the hard at Northside Marina, Dennis, Cape Cod. Includes free mooring in Provincetown Harbor for this season. Will deliver or help deliver anywhere on eastern seaboard.
