38' Island Packet IP38

Island Girl is a 1991 Island Packet 38 with forward and aft staterooms and a 2 head layout. She has been seasonally cruised for many years and is well equipment and outfitted for longer term cruising. Equiped with a new Yanmar 4JH45 diesel engine/transmission last fall mechanically there is nothing to do but add diesel. Rigging and sails are in great condition chain plates have been replaced, nearly new genoa and staysail on furlers and a roller furling main in excelent condition. Sail handling is made easy with 3 electric winches and slow speed manuvering with the bow thruster makes anyone look like a pro. Living is made more comfortable with the spectra watermaker providing all the fresh water you need including the fresh water flush electric heads that eliminate the nagging odors of traditional salt water heads. While the 2 air conditioners one in the main cabin and another for the forward stateroom keep the boat comfortable and the humiditiy down.
