Motors well

Perkins 4154 with low hours

ST7000 autopilot system (brain display and drive seatalk compatible)

No coring in hull or deck, solid

These boats never had blistering problems

Interior and exterior cushions in good shape

Two 200 gallon water tanks

One 100 gallon fuel tank

Maxwell 2200 Windlass tons of tackle

Danforth anchor

Barient two speed self tailing whinches

Two 400w Air X wind gens

Stainless arch

Fully enclosed center cockpit that zips and can be a dodger, finished

All sails needed included

Including a good hot water heater like a Whale (I forgot the brand)

Including a new PJS Dripless needs to be installed

Previous owner reported running aground on a clam bed and took on water, after that the boat was mostly restored and was operational. Insurance rebuilt and replaced many items including motor rebuild, then the boat was brought to the west coast by truck. Shrouds, inter stay, and club foot, need to be put back up (all here)

Needs work, priced accordingly.
