Description:
This boat has been anchored out for over 2 years and has a lot of bottom growth and will need some TLC.
I am selling it at such a reduced price anyone can buy it and fix it up a little and make some money on it or sell it and have an enjoyable time living on it and sailing.
I simply cannot handle two boats and I have another catamaran on which I am living.
The boat is located near Englewood or Charlotte harbor in Florida and it will be a cash sale to the first person to show up with the money. I have a clear Florida title.
Don't ask a lot of questions or for pictures or videos because you're buying a very well made solid fiberglass boat that sailed across the ocean when it was made and has been to Nova Scotia to the islands and now it's simply sitting waiting for somebody to take care of it to clean it up. The 50 horsepower Mercury is almost like new but somebody vandalized the throttle cable and took the batteries off the boat so I am discouraged and simply selling it.

Equipment:
This boat has a drop-down or folding mast that supposedly one person can drop down onto the crutch above the solar panel above the rear of the boat transom.
Two rudders and the outboard can be tied into the steering arm to work with the rudders.
Has main sail and jib in good working shape and maybe another sail will be found somewhere on the boat as well as a Bimini cover for the cockpit.
