25' Cape Dory 25

1974 Cape Dory 25 for sale. This boat sails very well and I have enjoyed it for the past 7 years. Very stable boat under sail and has a Nissan 8hp 4 stroke outboard that runs well and pushes her along nicely. Over the past few years I have painted the topsides and put new kiwi grip non skid paint on the deck and cockpit floor. All the running rigging is new within the past few years. Sails are in pretty decent condition, definitely some seasons left in them. I also replaced the old port light windows with new frameless ones. There is currently no electrical on the boat. I pulled it all out to replace it but I have not gotten to it yet and have too much else going on at the moment. I made a new winter cover that is not quite complete but I would finish for the new owner before it was sold otherwise I will do it this fall. It is a great boat that I love but I am now looking to downsize a bit to a trailer sailboat. Boat is on the hard this season but has been in the water the past 7. Asking 6,000 OBO. Would also like to trade for a smaller trailer sailboat like a compac 16 or similar. If anyone is looking to move up in size from something like that I would be open to trading.
