1982 J30 in very nice overall condition. Selling as we are moving to a larger sailboat.

Running & standing rigging are in great condition. Newer North Triradial cut main sail. Diesel is original but runs well and maintenance is up to date. Isotherm refrigeration and smart TV installed in 2022. The boat has not been raced and during the off season is stored inside in a heated facility. Just completed an eleven-day trip to the Canadian North Channel without any issues. The boat sits on a Triad trailer which is available for an additional fee. The boat is stored at Bay Harbor in heated indoor storage. The storage fee for the winter of 2025 & spring 2026 has been paid for. Spring 2026 launch and mast step fees are paid for.

Boat is stored in off season in heated storage. Mast is removed and stored inside in unconditioned storage to protect all running rigging.
New balanced rudder from Rudder Craft built and installed in 2025. Original rudder re-cored in 2025 and barrier coated.

Personal items and items not listed above do not go with the boat. The boat is in very good overall all condition. The deck, transom, rudder and side hulls are dry. There is one area around the engine raw water intake that indicated a damp core with a moisture meter. This area has not delaminated but will eventually require attention.
