39' Nautor Swan 39 Ron Holland

Nautor Swan is not only a classic sailboat known for its elegance and performance on the water, but are well made and can be sailed offshore worldwide. This particular Swan 39 is in excellent Bristol condition. This particular model was originally released in 1978. The boat has a single inboard diesel engine in excellent condition. Swan offers reliability and power for navigating the open sea. Its engine can handle various water conditions with ease, it is a choice for both experienced sailors and beginners alike.

Then Hull was recently painted like new in Flag Blue - the lower hull was finished with a coat of Fiberglass and an Epoxy barrier on top of that before bottom paint applied. Top deck had coaming painted white with non-slip as necessary. The Teak deck is in excellent condition, does not leak and looks great - recently cleaned and re-sealed.

Please note the engine recently had a full service with replacement of the water pump and fuel-water separator. There is a new dripless seal bearing and new cutlass bearing and propeller. All fluids changed during service.

The standing rigging is in excellent condition and just passed a full survey - the running rigging is in very good near-new condition. The boat has new sails, the Genoa and main in 2014 and an additional new main in 2015.

There is a new VHF radio with GPS built-in and the electrical system has been overhauled up to ABYC standards with all necessary fuses and switches. The boat also has a new Charger/Inverter and both water and fuel tanks recently cleaned/serviced

Underneath, the cabin is in excellent condition with the leather cushions in main cabin in like-new conditions. The water and fuel tanks are clean and were serviced in 2014.
