Great Solid Boat with Lots of Potential! A great boat for the bay. Tall rig for those light wind days and a shoal draft keel for those shallow coves.

We recently bought a house and we don't have time to use the boat. I would love to have it sold before the marina fees are due again. Any reasonable offer could be considered.

I have done many upgrades to the boat and have the materials to do some more. It has been well taken care of, but still needs attention on a few items. I believe the price reflects that. I will list a few of the notable repairs that I have done since 2022:
