Reckoning is a well-kept Beneteau First 36s7! She has had a very caring owner for the past 18 years. The engine has been fully serviced and winterized every year by Crowley's Yacht Yard (CYY). Spring inspection is done every year before hitting the water. Batteries are new (2024). This boat is equipped with modern electronics including Raymarine Autopilot and Garmin Wind/Depth/Speed. Below deck she is very slick and clean. The galley offers a stainless steel gimble oven with a 2-burner stove. It also includes a newer Isotherm fridge & freezer. The teak and holly cabin sole are in excellent condition.

I've owned the boat for 18 years (since 2003), purchased through Sailboat Sales at Crowley's. I've always stored the boat at Crowley's Yacht Yard, (CYY). Engine has always been professionally maintained by CYY. Full engine service and winterizing every year by CYY. Spring inspection and start every year by CYY.
Complete engine service in spring 2020 performed by CYY - scheduled maintenance per service recommendations inn Yanmar guide: injectors, valves, transmission, etc. (approx $1,700)
Boat has always been sailed on Lake Michigan
Electronics replaced in 2013 - Garmin (boat speed, wind speed/direction, depth - 3 displays)
New Raymarine autopilot in 2018
Both batteries replaced in 2018
New Isotherm refrigerator in 2018
Battery charger replaced by CYY in 20144
CYY steering system inspection and tune up in 2019
Nice performance cruiser. Fast and responsive. Fun to sail. Our kids grew up on this boat. Now my wife and I want a more full on cruiser with furling main, etc.
I have original owners manual and manuals for various equipment. All are onboard (in swing out cabinet under the chart table). |
