This sailboat is a great family cruiser/racer and has been sailed/raced by the same owner for the last 28 years.
It is both an ideal first or move-up boat for a new or experienced sailor.

It is 26.5 feet long, weighs 4500 pounds and draws 3.5 feet.
The boat has cut-out transom with built-in swim ladder which allows easy access in and out of the water.
The cockpit has sculptured seats that provide support for your back while sailing.
The bimini top provides shade while motoring or moored.
The perimeter of the boat has a singlelifeline for added security.
The motor is a 2006Tohatsu 9.9 hp 4 stroke engine which has been serviced recently
The engine runs strong and has cockpit controls (throttle/direction) which allow you to control the engine just like a power boat.
Sails include 1 main and 1 roller furling genoa on a Harken furler.
Two Barlow 19 self-tailing winches control the headsail and a smaller cabin top Barlow 16 is used to hoist the main.
The halyards and furling lines are accessible from the cockpit.
Shore power has been added to the boat.
Interior cushions are original and are in good condition.
You can easily sleep 4-5 overnight.
The galley includes a sink and single burner alcohol stove. There is a folding table mounted to a bulkhead.
Electronics include a stereo and vhf radio.
The cabin has 5 feet of head room and more if you raise the hatch over the center of the cabin.
