1979 Niagara 35' with Classic interior layout. Mark Ellis design built by George Hinterhoeller. Interior restored. Unique layout, head and galley are located midship for comfort at sea. Main salon has a single and double berth. There is a single and double quarter berth also. Fans and lighting throughout. Excellent storage. Most unique is the forward sail and anchor locker with a seat and workbench. In the galley there a large compartment ready for a refrigerator or cooler. A new Engle fridge/freezer is installed. The head has a composting toilet. The flooring is new teak and holly like vinyl. The cockpit is large and easy to move around. It has a full bimini. Recently cruised in the Bahamas. Currently on the water in West Palm Beach, Florida.
