Alberg 22 Sailboat Classic Full-Keel Cruiser Ready to Sail $7,500 OBO
Selling our Alberg 22, currently on a mooring at Rhode Island Yacht Club and ready to sail this season. This is a classic Carl Alberg design with a full keel and great stability. Its a great little cruiser/day sailor with a lot of charm, and its in great condition overall.
It's been well cared for and Id like to see it go to someone who can enjoy it this summer.
The boat is sail-ready as is. The bottom paint was done at the start of last season, and the boat has a clean, classic look with bright teak and a tidy cockpit.
The full keel makes it a very stable, forgiving boat and a great choice for anyone looking for a small cruiser that feels bigger and more substantial than a typical 22-footer.
The only issue of note is that, out of the 4 mounted winches, the starboard-side one is not functioning. Other than that, its a solid, well-equipped boat thats ready to get out on the water.
It's currently on a mooring at Rhode Island Yacht Club. Im not certain whether the mooring itself is transferable, but if a buyer wants to keep the boat there, Id be happy to help with the process. You do need to be a club member, but membership is straightforward.
