One of a kind! This 1974 Gulfstar 41 Ketch features a fully electric propulsion system powered by a Heinzmann Electroprop 22kW electric motor and an impressive 856Ah 48V battery bank.

The propulsion system consists of eight Odyssey PC1800-FT 214Ah AGM batteries, each equipped with its own Mastervolt 12-2-25 AC charger. Charging is supported by a RENOGY Rover 60A charge controller and six RENOGY 100W solar panels dedicated to the propulsion system.

The separate house electrical system includes four Grenier Power 100Ah LiFePO4 12V batteries, a Mastervolt Solar ChargeMaster 25 charge controller, four RENOGY 100W solar panels, and a RENOGY 2000W inverter.

Designed for comfortable cruising, this Gulfstar offers two private staterooms. The forward V-berth includes its own head, while the aft owner's stateroom features a private berth along with a head and separate shower. Ample storage is found throughout the vessel.

The spacious main salon is arranged for comfort with a dinette, settee, and a well-equipped midship galley. The galley features generous countertops, a gimbaled oven with stovetop, stainless steel sink, a never-used watermaker, and a 12-volt refrigerator/freezer.

The center cockpit provides an uncluttered deck layout for easy movement underway. A custom-built hardtop supports six of the solar panels while incorporating a rainwater collection system.

Navigation electronics include a NMEA 2000 backbone, Raymarine Axiom 100 GPS/chartplotter, Raymarine T70158 autopilot, radar, and Raymarine wind and depth instruments.

The aft deck features a large custom-built storage box, a heavy-duty dinghy davit system, and a custom-built folding boarding ladder located midships on the starboard side.

Forward, the boat has a new oversized headstay and a new Alado roller furler. The sail inventory includes two genoas, a mainsail, a mizzen sail, and a spinnaker.
