21' Precision Boatworks P21

The Precision P21 Sailboat is a 21-foot Day Sailor designed for freshwater use. With a shoal draft keel and fiberglass hull, this sailboat is ideal for navigating calm waters with ease. It comes with a trailer for convenient transportation and was manufactured in 2007 by Precision Boatworks. Includes a Tohatsu 6hp outboard motor, Sails (main, jib, genoa) some sail covers, standing rigging, running rigging, Marine battery, Whisker Pole, Ice chest with teak top, Porta Potty, Installed Sony Stereo System with speakers, Cockpit Cushions and Cabin Cushions, Dock Bumpers, Anchor with rope and six-foot chain rode, Miscellaneous repair fittings. I have completely refinished the bottom with Interlux barrier coating with Teflon coating. New boot stripe. Sails in good condition with repairs on jib sail. The rudder has been barrier coated and refinished. The marine battery needs charging or replacement. All parts are still available from the manufacturer. Complete with owners' manual, parts manual, motor repair manual. I purchased this boat and did the refinishing work but never sailed it. The previous owner sailed it. I do not have the time to sail at this stage in my life. The boat is currently registered, and the trailer is currently registered. The trailer registration is transferable, and the boat has a clear title which can be signed over to the new owner.
