Spindrift is an incredibly sea-worthy vessel with a rare solid-fiberglass build, excellent maneuverability, and good stability even in rough seas. The boat is outfitted for long-distance voyages with high fuel and water capacity, ample storage compartments, comfortable living quarters, a center cockpit, and overall beautiful and practical design. Spindrift is fully stocked with all supplies needed for blue-water cruising including navigation equipment, quality sails and rigging, tools, safety equipment, and extras of everything including lines, hardware, engine parts, sails and more. The Yanmar marine diesel engine has low in engine hours and is easily accessed from above and on either side. We are willing to negotiate for the right person/offer. Spindrift has circumnavigated the world 1 and a half times with the original owners (we still have the certificate of passage through the Panama Canal from the 1970s), then eventually sailed from Hawaii to Guam in the 1990s. The previous owners bought Spindrift on Guam and lived aboard her for 20 years. They sailed Spindrift over 20,000 miles, including countless trips to Rota, 11 trips to Saipan, more than 15 trips to Pagan and other northern Marianas Islands, two trips to Palau, two trips to Yap, and other island stopovers in-between. We bought Spindrift in 2024 and have spent many weekends sailing along the coast of Guam, overnighting in Cetti Bay, fishing far from shore, and completed one trip to Rota. Our original plans were to continue building sailing experience while sailing around the Marianas Islands, then sail to Palau, the Philippines, and beyond. Life had a change of plans for us- we are leaving Guam for now, and we are unable to sail spindrift with us to our next destination. We are looking for the next owners to continue Spindrifts sailing adventures.
