Cabin is clean with teak sole,pleanty of natural light and ventalation,and windows/hatches that DO NOT LEAK! Main salon has settees to port and starboard with quarter berth to port aft,with storage under all berths and behind all backrests. Has excellent stereo w/ CD player,flatscreen TV mounted to bulkhead that can play sound through stereo. Drop down table. Molded fiberglass headliner that is easy to keep clean!

Teak floor and most of the other interior and exterior teak trim was just refinished and looks great!

Galley has DC refridgerator,kitchen sink (needs new faucet),two high output propane stoves, and plenty of storage.

Enclosed head with nice toilet, lav sink and vanity, and tons of storage.

V-berth with overhead and underberth storage. Bright cabin lights throughout.

Some nice extra features that make this boat a joy to sail: Mainsail cover on custom boom track with lazy jacks connected to it (just unzip cover,hoist sail,reef to desired position,and when done sailing simply release main halyard and sail falls back into mainsail cover ready to zip back up and walk away!). Has blue cockpit bimini/awning. Has matching blue seat built into bow pulpit. Has blue canvas enclosure surrounding cockpit for privacy and protection from spray. Blue grill cover for Magma BBQ. Has propane cooking system with tank in cockpit lazzarette,hooked up to cooking gear. Cabin has canvas hanging storage hammocks in main salon,head,and v-berth. Has ladder going up mast on sidestays. She has a perfectly running Atomic 4 gas engine

She comes with a mainsail with two reefing points and lazy jacks,a large Genoa on Harken roller furling, and spare jib. All sails are in good condition.

All lines are lead to cockpit for easy single handing. Has two single speed and two 2-speed Lewmar winches.

She has tiller steering with autopilot,new depth finder,new compass,and handheld GPS.

Has excellent ground tackle including a bruce style anchor on anchor roller with 100' of chain plus 100' of rode,plus danforth anchor.

Tons of storage in two cockpit hatches. Double life lines. Magma BBQ grill.
