Great sailor, designed for off-shore by Chuck Burns. She is hull number 15 of 18 built.
Cushions interior and exterior are in excellent condition
Soda blasted bottom to bare 2 coats of epoxy barrier coat and 2 coats of easy poxy Pettit black
Replaced port water tank with a 30 gal stainless tank
3 Burner Gas Stove with Oven and Broiler
November 2016 - Starboard water tank cut manhole to clean 30 gallon tank
2013 replaced engine--New Yanmar 3YM30AE 30Hp, drive saver, propeller, up graded all wiring installed new rule automatic bilge pump and insulated ice box. All systems in engine compartment were replaced.
2014 - Pulled mast inspected rigging and painted mast & boom, rewire mast, and install new led lights
2014 - Wind indicator installed
January 2017 - Installed new ray marine auto pilot and Garmin Gps sounder
January 2017 - Built new book and storage shelf teak
Spring 2014 - New teak cockpit grate
January 2017- Port holes new screening
September 2016 - Roller furling installed for Genoa and Jib re-cut to fit as well
Spring 2016 - Auto pilot installed
2016 - Refinished teak interior
