Description: |
The Catalina 30 is the most manufactured 30' sailboat with over 6430 built. It was so successful for good reason. The interior is very spacious. The boat is in good condition but, like most boats, it will require some effort on a variety of issues. Nothing too difficult or expensive but reconditioning here and there. I can provide a complete list to anyone interested.
Searching Catalina 30's of this year you'll find 15 on the market in both Yachtworld.com and Sailboatlstings.com. The average asking price is $23,727. I'm assuming they ultimately sell for about 20% less making the average sale price about $18,981
The engine, a Universal M35 with only 1100 hours on it runs great
With this being a tall rig with bowsprit and shoal draft (3'10") it is the highly sough after version for Florida and The Bahamas.
I've priced it to sell quickly. It is currently at the Titusville Municipal Marina. I'll be there Sunday August 5th
Let me know if you have any questions.
