Description: |
So I purchased this boat two years ago from a family who hadn't sailed it in 15 years. I have been working one every break I have (as I am a school teacher) to refit make it livable. I removed the diesel engine that was a seized engine for 8 years and put in a battery bank and 12.5KW Brushless Kit featuring a Motenergy brushless motor and a 72V 350 Amp Sevcon Gen-4 Controller that can produce up to 12.5HP continuous and 33HP peak. The large interior makes it available to accommodate 4-6 people. A Coastal Cruising Sailboat designed by Bill Trip with a deck step mast, sloop rig, bolted on cast iron keel and a spade rudder. I have a survey done from last year placing the value at 34,000 dollars. Would make an amazing live aboard, that was the initial plan, however things have changed. ASKING 25000 US. Just trying to get something bigger possibly move up into a catamaran. I have a insurance survey from last year for most detailed information.
