GRP sailing yacht EMKA 36, ''Kalena'', built in 1989, commissioned in 1992, built by Emka - Bremen, finished by DG Holz, designed by H. Wauquiez - France, GRP teak decks, mahogany superstructures. If you look at the Emka Emka they don't really look the same besides the body of the boat and the tension post look the same. This one has all Teak decking teak & mahogany through out inside. Has two quarter berths and a full V berth No leaks anywhere she's solid. Sanded and painted Dog House and bottom 2016. installed Force 10 Marine stove. Put in a toilet installed the 10 gal holding tank. Checked out the sails all in good working order. There's mainsail and one headsail. The Yanmar inboard Diesel engine runs perfectly was rebuilt in January 2010. She needs to be hauled out again and bottom needs paint. She is definitely a beauty and well worth the money.
