Description:
This 27' Watkins sailboat is perfect as a small liveaboard, a weekend getaway and a day cruiser. She was pulled out of the water and placed on the hard in the summer of 2017 for a full paint job and interior upgrades. Her paint has oxidized a bit over the last 3 years so she'll need a little TLC/buff job and the teak restained. The forward hatch is cracked but we have the replacement glass for it. Overall she still has plenty of life left in her. Very well taken care of.
