Description:
"Swan" is a beautiful example of a Maine built sloop. Built in 1991 by the craftsman of Blue Hill, Maine, this boat has been maintained to an excellent standard. She was built with Cedar over oak and couldn't be in better condition.

Swan was designed by William and John Atkin. Originally designed as a knockabout sloop the rig has been changed to a gaff rig sloop with bowsprit. The vessel is very well built with all bronze fasteners and fittings through out the interior, deck and rig. This vessel is minimally outfitted with DC electrical, hand pump cold water, a single head and a heater. The vessel has been very well maintained over the years with no deterioration of the hull noted.

Not only is she beautiful, but she can also cruise. The current owners use her to travel along the Maine coast each summer. Unfortunately, they have decided to move and they will need to leave behind Swan.
