Boat is located in Royal Canadian Yacht Club in Toronto, Ontario.

Ingerann is a custom 31 carnival planked wooden North Sea Sloop designed by Adam Page and built in Norway by Others G Lawson in 1955.

She is built of mahogany on oak.

Ingerann has been very well cared for by its current owner for 24 years.

She is located at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club in Toronto.

She is a fully equipped cruising yacht comfortable for 2/3.

The interior has been completely redesigned in 2009 by Mark Ellis Design and rebuilt by Bruckman Yachts in Oakville Ontario.

In 2015 the deck was recovered by Bruckman Yachts.

Equipment:
LOA - 31 feet.

Beam - 84.

LWL - 22 feet.

Draft - 51.

Gross displacement - approximately 6 tons .

Sail area 400 sq feet.

Sails - fully batten cruising main and genoa by North Sails, working and storm jibs/
Engine - VOLVO 2020 diesel three cylinder, 18 horse power.

Ground tackle - 125 foot one half inch rope plus 25 foot chain with 25 pound bruce anchor.

Stove - 2 burner LPG fulled .

Refrigeration - sizeable electrical ice box well insulation .

Electrical - three house and one starting batteries with 35 amp shore power.

Head plus 20 gallon holding tank.

Radio - Westmarine VHF600.

Navigation - Raymarine Chart plotter C80.

Depth and knot meter - Raymar.
