This is a 19 foot long trailered beach catamaran which is great for a family as it can accommodate at least 6 passengers and has a deck floor instead of a trampoline, with the wide sides of the cockpit serving as benches having swing up seat backs. Also, because she is a catamaran she is very stable to move around on and she doesn't heel like a monohull. She's about twice as fast as a monohull and since she has so little draft she wont go aground like a monohull, in fact you can sail her right up to the beach and throw out her anchor and have a picnic or hike or??? She has been completely refinished in vinylester resin coating (not paint) and she has new main and 120% Genoa sails (2 yrs.). She has a Minn kota brand 24 volt "Beast" trolling motor and two 100 amp hour deep cycle marine batteries for maneuvering from and to the dock. Included is an aluminum trailer which has a fold up mast and remote control battery powered winch to enable singlehanded stepping of the mast. The whole rig is light enough that I regularly tow her the 20 minutes for home to the launch site with my Miata with no difficulty. I would not be selling her except we want to get one having a cabin.
