Irving Johnson's ketch Yankee is for sale!

This was the third and last ship named Yankee that Irving and his wife, Exy had.

My plan was to start a charter business (www.aconnecticutyankee.com), with the Yankee, but have found that it was too demanding of time that I need to put into family and work obligations.

The Yankee has had two books, a television show and multiple magazine articles written about her.

Currently out of the water. The aft centerboard trunk needs welding.

Equipment:
Main hook is a 105 pound CQR, lunch hook is a 75 pound CQR. Good sails, beater dink. Radar, all the usual instruments. Diesel heater, refrigerator, freezer, etc. Two heads with showers.
