30' Capital Yachts Newport 30-3

I am selling this 1984 Newport 30-3 located in Anacortes, Washington, 98221. Presently in the pacific northwest USA at a dry storage yard on land. The monthly storage cost is currently $250.00 per month plus electricity if desired.I had planned on sailing and cruising this wonderful boat but have since undertaken another project. All the hard and most important work has been recently completed on this great Newport (Capital Yachts) 30-foot sailboat within the past year. Both sails are in good shape and vessel is ready for whatever electronics you want to add. 18hp fresh water cooled Universal (Westerbeke) diesel with under 1000 hours has a new raw water pump, oil, filters, hoses, and electric fuel pump. All under water ball valves replaced with Forespar Marelon composite. Also a 5000 Watt diesel fired furnace is included with the boat and can be installed at the new owners request. Includes a VHF radio and electronic depth display plus Navico autopilot. Also includes enough bottom paint for 2 coats for when you want to go back in the water. 2 blade propeller has been polished and waxed. New stuffing box packing has been installed, and a new shaft zinc. All current safety gear is onboard including co and smoke alarms, up to date flares, fire extinguishers, life jackets, and all other coast guard required equipment.
