project boat needs work-restoration ..pilothouse(headroom p.h.=6'1-1/2")..cabin height=6'3-1/2"...-aft cockpit & inside steering-needs finishing(galley) & steel work to the topside -forward v-berths-aft kingsize boat is all steel-hull,deck and pilothouse-hull is solid-no corrosion-a little surface rust on the bow-the forward corners on the pilothouse need repair-the port window base needs repair-the deck has rust spots(don't know if rusted through-needs new zincs in the rear (prop & keel)-i think six(6) 12 pounders welded on ( the current ones did their job)-there are 12 altogether- equipment i didn't mention: 225 feet of 3/8" bbb chain with a ~65 lb plow anchor 12.5 kw kohler diesel gen 2-75 gal & 1-150 gal water tanks 2-95 gal diesel tanks thetford electric head(6 gal) tub and sink in head (not hooked up) aluminum davits hood seafurl (furling headsail ~730 sq.ft.) north mainsail (~350 sq.ft.) 2-bilge pumps in keel 1-bilge pump used for gray water dual edson steering (in pilothouse & aft) rig is cutter-mast is 49' from cabin top-55' from waterline-double spreaders- inside halyards-lewmar 40 bronze winches engine-350 oldsmobile diesel w/osco heads (I believe a valve guide needs replacing) forward v-berths-aft kingsize berth-both finished in southern yellow pine~walnut? stain hand pumiced--no galley or settee installed-inside pilothouse needs finishing(mostly done in southern yellow pine) hull is 3/16"-deck and pilothouse are 1/8"-keel is at least 1/2" draft is 4.5'-length is 42' from bowsprit-width is 14'7" at beam best offerades considered i,ve a lot more into this-rig alone was ~$10,000
