25' Catalina Swing keel

Shallow seeing keel version (2'10"-6" draft). The boat is in good condition and presently sailing and for sale in the Exumas, Bahamas. Very fun pocket cruiser that is self sustained with a solar panel. Refrigerator can be used as a fridge or freezer and easily maintains temperature year round in the Bahamas. Solar panel provides more than enough electricity to operate refrigerator, cabin lightening, navigational lighting, electronics, and 12V auxiliary plaug for additional devise. Sailboat has roller furled genoa. Hull and deck are solid hand laid fiberglass (no coring) and are in great condition. The boat is very rugged, very easy to sail and maintain.
