Pearson 323. This Pearson has been well kept and upgraded consistantly. Only 2 owners and last owner has had her for last 26 years. Selling boat because owner has bought a "new" larger old Pearson. Original engine upgraded to Volvo 2003 3 cylinder diesel, 35hp, fresh water cooled. Engine tune, head off/valve adj etc. in 2008. New fuel lines 2008. New packing gland, strut, bottom job, hull wax, 2008. New Garmin Chartplotter, wiring, ground plate, fishfinder, depth sounder 2008. Mast and boom re-furb 2009, remove and inspect & refurbish standing rigging w/new parts as needed, painted spars w/Interlux brightside, new running rigging, new chain-plates. New SS heavy duty mast step 2008. Rebuilt bomar top hatches w/new plexi, new seals and sandblast and prime/paint frames 2009. New full batton Main 2007, 2 reef points, Shurr Sails. Kenyon 2 burner Alcohol Stove factory rebuilt in 2010. Haulout and inspection with new bottom paint and new thru-hulls Dec. 2011. New house and starting batteries Jan. 2012. |

Galley has newly factory rebuilt stove, pressure fresh water and pressure sea water in faucet, new l.e.d. cabin lights in galley and main salon, new pressurized deck/anchor wash pump and fittings. Head is Y-valve USCG approved Wilcox Crittendon toilet with holding tank. Toilet pump and valves rebuilt in 2010. Double V-berth forward with dressing bench, drawers,storage and privacy door, Head with sink, fresh and seawater shower, toilet, clothes locker. Sail inventory: include full batton main (excellent), 155% jib (good), 110% jib (fair),cruising spinnaker (excellent). Batteries: 2 group 27's. Two battery, 3 stage high performance guest battery charger. Navico 5000 auto-helm with remote control. Main salon has port-side settee (single berth)with storage and bookshelf behind. Starbord main salon has drop down table to U-shaped settee which makes into double berth. Nav station is at foot of companionway on starbord. Cockpit is large with tons of storage in sail lockers on both sides. |
