22' tanzer T22

We have a well cared for Tanzer T22 sailboat for sale, 1982 model. This is the swing keel model, 2' draft with keel raised, 4' with keel lowered. It is currently being sailed weekly on the Chesapeake out of the middle river. This boat needs nothing, everything is in working order. All lights work. Hand pump sink with water tank with new fill and breather lines. New sink drain through hull valve this summer. New cockpit locker gaskets. Cabin cushions recovered in 2015, excellent condition. Comes with mainsail and genoa on a roller furler. Sails professionally serviced winter of 2015, good condition. Cockpit cushions in great condition. New jib sheets. Running and standing rigging good condition. Dansforth anchor with 15' chain and 100' rode, stored in bow deck locker. Depth finder works. Compass works but is faded and hard to read. Sunbrella covers include, full motor cover, 4 winches, tiller, and motor tiller. Sail cover. Cockpit sunshade, upgraded to aluminum poles. Wind scoop for front hatch. New tiller extension. Windex on top of mast. 4'6" headroom. Lots of storage, inside and out. Tiller tamer. Very easy to sail and she sails great. Points well. Has solar panel and charge controller, one 12v battery. No known problems. Ready to sail away. Very clean, no mold cabin, dry, no known leaks. Has current Pa registration and clear title. There is one cosmetic issue worth mentioning, the interior cabin roof has some cracking, the previous owner said it had been like that for years. Hasn't gotten worse or posed any problems. Bottom paint was good when we put her in the water this spring.

Comes with a newer tandem axle trailer with full roller bunks, new tires (300 miles), bearings were serviced this spring. Surge brakes. Good condition, one roller has a crack, but there are lots or rollers. Clear Pa. Title.

The motor is a 2008 Yamaha 8hp 4 stroke with electric start, high thrust, long shaft and turbo reverse. Runs great, and has no known problems. More pictures available upon request
