21' Luger Southwind

I bought this little ship out of Rockport about a year and a half ago to remodel her a bit and sail on the bay and inshore. Battling a health condition (and losing a little interest in sailing), I've decided to sell. She's been parked in my front yard, sheltered by a tarp, and I've recently had it cleaned and made ready for a new owner. Her length is 21' with a beam of about 7', and it is a swing keel, so you can get to the shipping lanes with no worries. The boat comes with a full main and a 110 jib, and all the sailing gear is in good working condition (traveler, etc.). She's ready to sail, but one thing you will need is a kicker motor: a five horse and up should do the trick. Title and registration are up to date, and I have a bill of sale on the trailer.

The interior is bare-bones, but can be modeled to your tastes. The woodwork needs tended to, as the hatch door doesn't fit properly, but making a new one is simple enough.
