23' Precision P23

Slip paid for 2023 season in Lake City MN on Lake Pepin.

Second owner of Tranquillo, a 2000 Precision 23, that comes with a Performance 2 axle galvanized trailer (includes mast raising system), and 2003 Honda 8HP/ 4 stroke (charges the battery while running). Purchased the boat from the original owner in 2019. The prior owner had not used the boat since 2013 and was stored inside during that time. Tranquillo is a fresh water boat, in excellent condition, has been well cared for, has many upgrades, and is ready to sail in 2023. No soft spots on deck, is dry, and seaworthy. We have enjoyed Tranquillo, however decided to purchase a larger boat.
