Description:

For sale is a 1987 Catalina 30 MkII in very nice condition. She is a standard rig, fin keel, and has been a freshwater boat on Georgian Bay and Lake Ontario. We have cruised her out of Penetanguishene since 2009, and she has been an extremely reliable and comfortable yacht. With interior headroom over 6 and a generous 1010 beam, she has a spacious interior, and the upholstery is in excellent condition. She has been very well maintained (incl. annual inside winter storage) and continually updated over the past 14 years that we have owned her. Features include a Johnson Aqua-T electric head, a mini-fridge, a two-burner propane cooktop with flame-failure cutoff, a Xantrex 1000W inverter/charger, and a PSS dripless shaft seal. She had two coats of VC17 this year, and the hull and rudder are sound.
