2022-23 MULTI THOUSANDS $ spent on refit new install with Top of The Line, most reliable equipment:

-Bow rollers and bow platform rebuilt. Platform is laminated cussa and fiberglass painted to match.
-New 64# Spade anchor on existing 3/8 chain.
-Nilsson windlass (v1000) rebuilt with new gear box and all wear parts.
-Teak decks removed and replaced with 1/2" cussa and 8oz fiberglass to protect corners
-All deck hardware rebedded including prism lights. No leaks
-2 port lights rebedded remaining are dry.
-Forward hatch rebedded and new seal
-Mast rewired including VHF antenna
-Weems and plath tri-color masthead light installed (led with photocell)
-led running lights
-Main halyard and spinnaker halyard replaced with dyneema core
-New fully battened main sail (Neil Pride sails) 3 reefs with new reefing lines
-Sunbrella sail cover.
-Lazy jacks in use for mainsail are approx 3yrs old. Works well. Uncomplicated
-Both sets headsail sheets replaced with new england ropes sta-set
-Companionway hatch and cover rebedded.
-Dodger with Makrolon glass. Has case to store removable windows
-Bimini and cover with Stamoid material
-Sunbrella deck sun cove
-400w of solar from sun powered yachts

-2 Victron MPPT controllers

-CTM CT-16 reverse cycle marine ac system with new control panel. New hoses and water pump motor serviced.
-Crosby cold plate refrigerator system serviced recent, new dryer and rebuilt compressor motor.
-3 sea strainers replaced (new hose also) (engine, refridg, ac)
-air head composting head

Comes complete with all lines (preventer, jack lines, safety lines, etc). Life jackets, flares, emergency strobes and all gear related to boat. Para anchor and 300' line. Good condition 128% high cut genoa. Utilizing new twang type sheet adjuster with low friction rings. Good condition stay sail. Has a high cut yankee included in sail locker. Much of the teak/ brightwork has been stripped and oiled and is holding well. Luke feathering prop (original prop and shaft included).
