44' Croydon South London England Bruce Robert's Mauritius 43/44

This is an exceptional bluewater sailer built after the Bruce Roberts Design Mauritius 43/44 currently moored in Honolulu, HI. This is a wonderful boat for family, couple or single cruising enthusiast. This boat was once a real beauty, but now is in need of restoration.

The beauty of this boat is how comfortable she sails and is an easy live aboard. Large engine room, 2 heads (one with shower). A good size galley for the cooking aficionado consisting of a 3-burner stove top, good size oven, (currently needs a temperature sensor). The interior is a beautiful hardwood and the carpentry is by a master craftsperson. There is plenty of storage.

The hull is sound, bottom of boat was inspected and refinished with WEST MARINE CPP Ablative Antifouling Paint with CCT in 2021. Exterior above the waterline needs restoration and paint. The windows need updating, forward head needs extensive restoration and the refrigeration has been removed, (but there is a great place for a new system). Floors could use a refinish. All lines run through cockpit for ease of sailing.

4 person liferaft, misc parts, fittings, tools, computer with navigation software, full galley of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, games, library of sailing and navigation books, handheld GPS, on board navigation system both inside and in cockpit, auto-pilot, sails, anchors. All records have been kept in binders for easy reference along with complete plans of the vessel. The electrical system has been upgraded and coveted from 220 to 110.
