Description:
Great cruiser or live aboard. 32 foot length 10 foot beam 6 1/2 foot headroom throughout cabin. Galley has propane stove.(not currently connected.) running pressurized water and an ice box(actually refrigerator unit, but I'm not sure if it works). I recently installed a Yanmar 3GM30F three cylinder freshwater, cooled diesel engine & tranny with low hours and a brand new exhaust manifold and elbow, the old ones failed causing me to replace the engine. this boat is usable now she does the engine does run, but she does need some work, mainly the cockpit floor needs to be replaced. I have most of the supplies to do it, as I was going to do it myself, but my multiple sclerosis has gotten to the point where I can no longer do the work. She also comes with a prepaid slip at marina with electric and water included. They also have a hall-out yard where you can pull the boat, keep her on land and work on her.

Equipment:
Hood roller furler 2 Lumar 40 self tailing winches,1 lumar 30 self tailing winch. All control lines are led back to the cockpit for single-handing. Three bladed prop makes go straight when backing. Massive Bimini that covers the entire cockpit.
