30' Pearson 303

"Blue Song" Pearson 303 is a long-time favorite cruiser for families and couples. Pearson 303 is one of sailor's most popular, economical sailboats, rigged for easy single handed sailing. Families love the spacious living areas and 6' 3" headroom below deck.The salon area has 2 settees convertible as single berths, quarter berth, U-shaped galley, large mounted folding table and lots of flow through ventilation via opening ports and overhead hatches. Private master suite forward has spacious v-berth for 2, hanging locker and storage cabinets. Comfortable private head has vanity with sink with wand shower faucet, cabinets and marine toilet.

Well maintained recently. I installed the following new within the last 2 years:
- Toilet, holding tank, freshwater tank, electric freshwater pump, grill, upholstery (stored at home during winter - no mold) , sealed stanchions, 2 batteries, raw water pump replacement, new throttle cable.

Other Maintenance:
- Yearly oil change, bottom paint (this year), fuel tank flush
