Morgan 27 sailboat w/ mid-80's 9.9 Evinrude 2 stroke outboard.

Boat is far from perfect but you can go sailing today (and tomorrow).

Some cons:
- Cabin sole is shot. It gets water logged in winter storage. The bilge is not big and rain water gets in... some from the mast, some from companionway, some elsewhere. Windows do not leak.
- has some odor in the cabin...might be the cabin sole, might be the head.
- instruments do not work (other than compass). I use my phone.
- teak has been unvarnished for a long time

Some pros:
- Has heat & AC...was installed when I bought it and it is really nice to have.
- Has a cradle for winter storage.
- Has multiple head sails...170, 150, 140, and a small jib. Spinnaker too. 170 is amazing on light wind days.
- outboard is old but has been maintained annually by Parma Marine or Blystone's

I have had the boat for a long time and would be happy to go over any details.
