Cozy and comfortable and excellent condition down below.

Continuously rebuilt, refit and maintained by several dedicated owners and cared for by the best marine service people in the Bay Area since 1980's. Although its in excellent operational condition overall, it must be offered absolutely 'as-is, where-is" basis to experienced and knowledgeable person(s).
