40' Schock 40

TIDALWILD is a 2001 Schock 40 for sale in the PNW. She recently finished the 2023 R2AK 1st for monohulls and 4th overall (Team Stranger Danger). It is a wickedly fast twin foil canting ballast vessel, and we have put many upgrades on her for the race. We bought her with the sole purpose of R2AK, so it is sadly time to say goodbye!

I will try to list all the improvements we made over the past year (below), but I am sure I will forget some things. One item up for discussion is the 4-person custom made pedal drive, which pushes the boat 3 knots. We put 5k into that kit alone, but happy to sell it with the boat if folks are interested.

Also note, the sale includes a custom triple axle trailer in good shape (see photos), but could use some new paint. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
