30.92' Grampian Marine 31 Classic

Own a piece of history with this 1968 Grampian 31, currently in dry dock storage in Buffalo,
New York. For over two decades, Mary Eileen has been the pride of a single owner. Takes to the
water like a dream, but in the past couple years we have not been able to stay up with her
upkeep and would love to see her go to a loving new captain. Deck and hull work needed. Has
not been maintained for over a year and could use a new varnish and some paint. 1987 Yanmar
Diesel Engine Model #3 GMF 20HP, 3 Cylinders (incl. svc manual). Engine runs intermiently,
has had recent servicing with ush, new seals, fuel lines, lters, and hardware. May have crack on
freshwater side. Brass and Teak everywhere. Several thousand dollars in extras. Priced to sell!
