1985 Ericson 35-3. 35.5 LOD. 6 draft. 114 beam. 13,000 lb. displacement. 5200 lb. lead keel. Repowered with reliable Yanmar 3GM30F much smoother, and quieter than original Universal. Chrome Anderson 46 ST sheet winches. CNG 3-burner stove and oven. Forced hot air diesel heat. Solar power. Hot and cold pressure water. 85 gallons water in 3 separate tanks. 40 Gallons fuel. 25 Gallon holding tank with manual overboard pump. 44 lb. Bruce anchor. Spinnaker set up but no spinnaker sail. 130 (approx.) RF genoa. Hydraulic backstay adjuster. Has fittings for lazy jacks but no lazy jacks installed at this time. Has dodger rail but no canvas. Limited electronics including older GPS, depth, and VHF. Setup for SSB. Masthead tricolor for offshore sailing and deck lights.

Designed by Legendary Bruce King (also designed Hinckley picnic boat), this is easily single handed and sails beautifully. The 35 has same scantlings and build strength as the 38 with essentially same features, including separate stall shower, similar berth sizes (35 V-berth is larger), and Ericsons famous TAFG and glassed hull to deck joint. Stiff, weatherly, and comfortable on all points of sail. Trimmed properly she sails merrily along without touching the wheel.

As a 40 year old boat, this Ericson 35 does need some TLC (hence the price), including cabin sole and interior woodwork cosmetics as desired, overhead vinyl removed and overhead painted (genoa tracks and chain plates have been rebedded), and a soft spot forward of the mast where this model typically has issues. It is a proven liveaboard.
