Engine: 1984 Perkins 4-108 40hp diesel engine, hours unknown but estimate of 3,000 Cruise at 6.2 knots, 7 knots at WOT Many updates and maintenance items, mentioned above Like all Perkins it leaks a bit of oil but it has been a good-running, dependable engine Recently serviced by Hansen Marine in Marblehead Spare parts included
Cockpit: One of the best features of the boat. Very comfortable and will fit 8 for dinner. Sails Mainsail: heavy duty w/ 3 reefs, 2011 (might be newer but Im not sure) Doyle stack-pack for the main 140% genoa on a harken furler 2011 (might be newer but Im not sure) Hank-on Yankee, older but in good condition Staysail (older, could use service) Storm jib (never used) Cruising Spinnaker w/ snuffer (used twice) Wanigan has twin headstays so you can fly two jibs at the same time (e.g. the genoa on one and yankee on the other) |
